  • All time windows for appointments are in 3 hour increments. This allows our technicians to arrive at the location and to complete the work designated. Depending on how many appliances or the appliance being serviced, this time window may need to be extended.
  • Upon completing this form, we will reach out to you as soon as possible to share your scheduled service date and time window. You must confirm your appointment within 24 hours of receiving this information or the appointment will be rescheduled to the next available date on our service calendar. If your fireplace does not meet your manufacturer's clearance specs (such as how close a combustible material, like wood trim, is to the fire), you may have additional assessment charges.
